From a young age, Susan's passion for design was evident. At just 8, she was recognized for her exceptional Easter egg designs at the Chicago Public Library. By 17, she had secured a scholarship at the esteemed Art Institute of Chicago. Susan channeled her innate creativity into a thriving career, founding her graphic design firm, Indetail Design, in 2002.
 

Throughout her career, Susan has collaborated with an expansive client list, ranging from industry giants to local businesses. Indetail Design offers a multitude of services, encompassing illustration, branding suites, print materials, and web design.
 

Before embarking on her entrepreneurial journey, Susan played pivotal roles in two internet design and development startups. She held a key position at GoDaddy.com, crafting websites and spearheading the design of the company's promotional materials.
 

Between 1995 and 1997, Susan made significant contributions as the primary web designer for Loyola University Medical Center. Here, she conceptualized the inaugural websites for several of Loyola's medical entities and played an integral part in shaping LUMEN (Loyola University Medical Education Network). Susan also refined her skills during an internship at Spiegel, Inc.
 

Susan boasts a B.F.A. in Visual Communications from Loyola University Chicago, further solidifying her deep-rooted commitment to the design industry.
